Yes, the Council for Homeopathic Certification was founded in 1992 as an independent, legally incorporated 501c6 non-profit organization. As a legally incorporated organization, we are accountable to the state in which we are incorporated. Additionally, the CHC is accountable to our third-party accrediting organization, The National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA).
