I offer constitutional homeopathic consultation and ongoing care. I evaluate for possible remedy changes in my constitutional clients if acute situations arise. Any symptom can be the window to the best constitutional remedy for you. Because of that, I do not have a particular disease centered focus. The most helpful and powerfull remedies are chosen for the whole of you, not for a diagnosis. Constitutional care which strengthens your body's own innate healing powers is appropriate for any age for any concern.

I interview clients about their physical symptoms and life issues and then use my training in classical homeopathy and my intuitive abilities to make a homeopathic recommendation. I also provide guidance about the healing process with homeopathic remedies. This means sharing information with clients about the "story" of the remedy I'm recommending and sharing tools that may support the client in processing whatever emotional material surfaces as a result of the recommended remedy. I also provide information and support to clients about conflict resolution strategies, self-parenting strategies and discernment strategies. Finally, although not my specialty, I do on occasion recommend supplements, herbs, and diet changes. I work with babies, toddlers, children, young adults, and adults. This includes special needs individuals, individuals suffering from depression and/or anxiety, and individuals struggling with chronic illness. I do consults via phone, zoom and in person.
