A former full-time Professor and Chair of Homeopathic Materia Medica at CMP Homeopathic College in Mumbai (India), Vijay Vaishnav, MD (Hom), CCH has over 39 years of clinical practice as well as teaching experience internationally. He has been a resource-person and a subject matter expert for the Central Council for Research in Homeopathy (CCRH), which is a federal body under the Dept of AYUSH (Ayurveda, Yoga, Unani, Siddha, Homeopathy) of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare of the Govt. of India, and has reviewed and contributed to many of its publications. He has also been a faculty for the Practitioner and Doctoral Programs in Homeopathy at the American Medical College of Homeopathy at Phoenix, Arizona, a Grand Rounds teacher at the National College of Naturopathic Medicine, Portland, Oregon, and a visiting faculty at the Caduceus Institute of Classical Homeopathy, Santa Cruz, California. He is currently practicing homeopathy in California, USA, and is on the Board of the California Homeopathic Medical Society (CHMS). He is also on the Editorial Advisory Board of the Journal of Integrated Standardized Homeopathy- a peer-reviewed journal and is on the Editorial Team of the journal The California Homeopath.
