In collaboration, we identify the areas in which you are currently experiencing limitation in your life ~ we take deep dives into your inner terrain to mine the golden potential that is there, waiting to be acknowledged, embraced, and ignited. Often our true essence is covered up and hindered by patterns that were learned from our parents and surrogate parents when we were young children ~ they come right along with us into adulthood, where they then out-live their usefulness and begin to cause us suffering and strife. When met with the corresponding homeopathic remedy Ally, along with the therapeutic self-expression that arises during sessions together, each pattern is lovingly identified, digested, and integrated, leading to greater well-being, amplified creativity, and feelings of inner ease and self-compassion. In my homeopathic practice, we honor and respect the inner child by witnessing and recognizing all of the intelligent adaptations she made in order to survive ~ we then bring her, fully alive and self-actualized, into adulthood where she is brought into the wholeness of who you are now.
