In 1975 I earned an ADN from Hibbing Community College. For 42 years I worked as a Registered Nurse in various hospital departments. One night while working a particularly difficult shift in ICU, it occurred to me that there had to be a better way. Medicine often seemed to add to a person's suffering, sometimes in unbearable ways. A neighbor introduced me to Homeopathy. My interest grew as I witnessed such gentle healing in my children and myself. In 1998, I enrolled in The School of Homeopathy, New York. It was a profound experience. In 2003 I sat for certification. To this day I maintain my certification, always learning and becoming more skillful. Besides my experience as an RN, being a mother and maturing have been so valuable in this process.
