MyTicket simplifies the process of submitting and managing your requests and questions to the CHC.
This user-friendly platform accompanies you through your certification journey by streamlining interactions with CHC. It prioritizes clear communication, ensuring transparency and efficiency at every phase. CHC is dedicated to enhancing your experience by promptly addressing your queries and resolving issues efficiently.
To create a ticket. Log in to your MyCHC account and click on MyTickets on the menu bar.
Here’s what you can do:
Track Progress: Monitor your submitted Tickets, review committee comments, and stay updated on the status of your ticket.
Reopen Ticket: Reopen the ticket within five days of closure if needed.
Cancel Ticket: If your issue is resolved or you have found an answer to your request and no longer need assistance, you have the option to cancel the ticket.
